Cassia Bintan and Laguna Golf Bintan are proud to be assessed and certified safe by Bureau Veritas, the leading international authority on hygiene and safety protocols, as well as through Indonesia’s CHSE Certification Programme.

In October 2021, our resorts and golf course received the CovSafeSG certification after over 8 months of inspections, training and audits on our health and safety measures, which were assessed to be compliant with SG Clean and world-class standards.

These are enhanced with Banyan Tree Group’s holistic SafeSanctuary measures, incorporating over 40 protocols of heightened assurance and well-being standards throughout the guest and associate experience.

All conditions and regulations for travel between Singapore and Bintan will apply.

Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for this offer.
• This offer is open for bookings from now until 26 May 2022.
• This offer is valid for stays from now until 27 May 2022.
• This offer is only applicable for Singaporeans and Singapore residents.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, gift certificates or benefits.
• Blackout dates apply.

Regarding Ferry Tickets
• Ferry ticket bookings are not applicable during these peak periods: 29 April - 7 May 2022 and 13 - 16 May 2022
• Ferry tickets will be booked only after the PCR test results are received.
• Credit card details are required to guarantee the ferry ticket and room reservation.
• Please send your passport copy (with more than 6 months validity), credit card details and PCR test result to reservations-bintan@cassia.com
• Ferry tickets are non-refundable once confirmed.
• A surcharge of SGD 10 per person will be applied for any amendments made.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) and per room per night
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Late check out after 1200 hours - 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability
• Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability
• In the event of no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
• Extra person charge with bedding kit is USD 40.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax
• As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card.
• No pets are allowed

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
