Package Specific Terms and Conditions

• Discount is applicable to lowest-priced rooms.
• Discount is against each qualifying additional room based on the Bed and Breakfast rate, not from the total multi-room booking.
• Once a booking has been made, please contact the hotel by phone, email or chat to arrange for any special requests regarding your multi-room reservation.
• Room or Villa availability is dynamic and latest availability will be shared at the time of date search or when ready to proceed with purchasing an upgrade.
• Upon check-in, property will re-confirm your payable room rate as per qualifying conditions and final invoice upon check-out will reflect corresponding room savings.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for this offer.
• This offer is open for bookings and stays from 18 April to 30 September 2022.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, gift certificates or benefits.
• Blackout dates apply.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD) and per room per night
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours
• Late check out after 1200 hours - 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability
• Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day and subject to availability
• In the event of no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
• Extra person charge with bedding kit is USD 40.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax
• As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card.
• No pets are allowed

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter.
