[Pet-Friendly Room Guidelines]

• Each Pet-Friendly Room allows up to two dogs (under 10kg each).
• A fee of KRW 55,000 applies for the second dog and must be paid at check-in.
• Only dogs are permitted. Other animals are not allowed.
• Pets are not permitted in rooms that are not designated as pet-friendly.
• Guests are required to present a valid rabies vaccination certificate (issued within one year) and sign a pet agreement upon check-in.
• Pets must be carried in a pet carrier or stroller at all times in hotel public areas.
• Designated pet-accessible areas: Hotel public areas (Lobby), Pet-Friendly rooms, Pet Lounge, and Pet Friends Park.
• All packages that include breakfast are served as a sandwich to-go box.
• Bathtubs in rooms must not be used to bathe pets.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the room for safety reasons.
• For stays with more than three guests, please contact the hotel at 033-680-8888 in advance.

[Restricted Dog Breeds]

• The following breeds (and mixes thereof) are not permitted, in accordance with Korean Animal Protection Law: Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and mixes thereof.
• Any breed classified as dangerous or generally perceived to pose a risk to safety.
• Any dog with a known history of aggression or incidents involving injury to a person.

[Pet-Friendly Facilities Usage Guidelines]

• Only dogs with up-to-date vaccinations are allowed.
• Pets must be accompanied by their guardians at all times, and leashes are required.
• Access is limited to guests staying in pet-friendly rooms or those who have booked the Pawfect Getaway package.

  • Operation Hours: Daily, 07:00 – 22:00
  • Location: Tower A, 26F
  • Notes
    • Dogs that have not been neutered/spayed must wear a manner belt to enter.
    • Use of the facility may be restricted during nighttime hours or due to weather conditions.

• Pet Lounge
  • Operation Hours: Thursday-Sunday, 15:00 – 21:00
  • Location: Tower B, 3F
  • Notes
    • Reservations are required after check-in to use the Pet Lounge.
    • Free use is available for one dog, up to 2 hours. (Additional charges apply: KRW 10,000 per hour per dog.)
    • Operating hours and availability are subject to change without prior notice depending on hotel circumstances.
