Superior Twin - Pet Friendly

*Pet-Friendly Room Guidelines

• Each Pet-Friendly Room allows up to two dogs (under 10kg each).
• A fee of KRW 55,000 applies for the second dog and must be paid at check-in.
• Only dogs are permitted. Other animals are not allowed.
• Pets are not permitted in rooms that are not designated as pet-friendly.
• Guests are required to present a valid rabies vaccination certificate (issued within one year) and sign a pet agreement upon check-in.
• Pets must be carried in a pet carrier or stroller at all times in hotel public areas.
• Designated pet-accessible areas: Hotel public areas (Lobby), Pet-Friendly rooms, Pet Lounge, and Pet Friends Park.
• All packages that include breakfast are served as a sandwich to-go box.
• Bathtubs in rooms must not be used to bathe pets.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the room for safety reasons.
• For stays with more than three guests, please contact the hotel at 033-680-8888 in advance.

*Restricted Dog Breeds

• The following breeds (and mixes thereof) are not permitted, in accordance with Korean Animal Protection Law (Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and mixes thereof):
• Any breed classified as dangerous or generally perceived to pose a risk to safety
• Any dog with a known history of aggression or incidents involving injury to a person

*Pet Friends Park (Playground)

• Operation Hours: 7:00-22:00
• Dogs that are not neutered must wear a sanitary belt when entering the playground.
• Owners must accompany their pets at all times and keep them on a leash.
• The facility may be closed during inclement weather or nighttime hours.

*Pet Lounge

• Operation Hours: Friday & Saturday, 15:00-21:00
• Free access for one dog (up to 3 hours) for Pet Package guests. (Additional usage is subject to KRW 10,000 per hour or per additional dog.)
• Please reserve your lounge time after check-in.
