Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.

Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Prevailing Government Tax, 2% Resort Fees and 1% Provincial tax.

Check-in time is from 15:00 hours and Check-out time is up to 12:00 hours.

Early check-in from 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.

Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.

Guests are required to check availability and make a reservation with RAVA Beach Club through the Cassia Phuket Front Office prior to departure.

Room upgrades are subject to availability. Upgrades from One-Bedroom to Two-Bedroom categories are not permitted, and upgrades to the Two-Bedroom Loft Water category are excluded.
