Terms & Conditions
- This offer is valid for stays from now until 31 December 2024, with a minimum of two night stay
- Three days advance booking is required to make a reservation
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates
- Kids Benefits for age 0.1-11 years old
- Black-out dates are applied on 8-9 June 2024, 20 November 2024, 25-31 December 2024
- This offer is applicable for two adults and two kids. Supplements apply for additional guests
- Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax and 1% Provincial Tax
- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Late check-out from 12.00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- Late check-out after 18.00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed entire stay shall be charged
- In the event of a no show the total amount shall be charged according to the cancellation terms of the reservation
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation upto 14 days pior to arrival, or 100% of confirmed accomadation charges thereafter
