- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates
- Kids under 11 years old stay free — limited to 1 child per room for 1-Bedroom and maximum 2 children for 2-Bedroom. Complimentary extra bed is subject to availability.
- Black-out dates are applied on 20 November 2026, 25-31 December 2026
- Supplements apply for additional guests
- Reservation requires full prepayment at the time of booking
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax and 1% Provincial Tax
- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Late check-out after 18.00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed entire stay shall be charged
- In the event of a no show the total amount shall be charged according to the cancellation terms of the reservation
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted
Deposit Policy
- Reservation requires full prepayment at the time of booking
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking via our cancellation policies
Cancellation Policy
Based on stay period:
- 1 Nov – 23 Dec 2025, 1 Mar – 22 Apr 2026, and 1 Nov – 23 Dec 2026: 7 days before the check-in date
- 24 Dec 2025 – 10 Jan 2026 and 24 Dec 2026 – 10 Jan 2027: 45 days before the check-in date
- 11 Jan – 28 Feb 2026: 21 days before the check-in date
- 23 Apr – 31 Oct 2026: 3 days before the check-in date
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children 4 to 11 years, accompanying adults can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
