This August, Vista Restaurant at Cassia Phuket will introduce new dishes. These dishes celebrate one of Thailand’s favorite ingredients moo krob or crispy pork.

Crispy pork is famous for its golden crunch and rich flavor. It shines in three new dishes. Chefs create each dish to please both traditional tastes and adventurous eaters.

Vista restaurant is in the heart of Bang Tao Brach. It is a popular sport in Phuket for casual and tasty dining. With this new crispy pork trio the team elevates classic Thai comfort food into something truly memorable.

The special menu features:

• Khao Panang Moo Krob is crispy pork with tasty Thai red curry. It has kaffir lime leaves and red chill. This dish offers a great mix of rich flavors and spices.
• Kuay Tiew Kau Moo Krob Stir-fried flat noodles with egg, garlic and pickled squid. Crispy pork and a soft poached egg top is for a rich savory taste.
• Khao Moo Krob Phad Prik Gluer Kai Khon is a spicy dish. It features crispy pork stir-fried with chili and garlic. This dish comes with a rich fluffy omelet on the side.
