- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax and 1% Provincial Tax (per person per night)
- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- Late check-out from 12:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- Late check-out after 18:00 hrs. will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day
- In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed entire stay shall be charged
- In the event of a no show the total amount shall be charged according to the cancellation terms of the reservation
