In our guest rooms, your cats and dogs will enjoy comfy amenities including memory foam beds. We provide air purifiers and private toilets with training pads.

We also use natural cat litter and biodegradable waste bags. You will find super absorbent pet towels and food and water bowls. We also provide dog toys and catnip dolls to keep them entertained.

Engaging Activities for You and Your Pets

To keep both you and your pets engaged, we've planned a range of activities. Our leash-free nature trails and jogging paths by the serene lotus lagoon allow your pets to run freely. We also have a special dog park where pets can socialize and play. Nearby, you'll find a pet-welcome restaurant and café serving pet-friendly ice cream for a sweet treat.

Pet Policy

Cassia Phuket welcomes dogs and cats of all sizes. We are one of the hotels that allow large dogs. Our pet policy includes unlimited pets per room.

We allow pets that weigh less than 10kg to stay in any One Bedroom or Two Bedroom room types. Pets that weigh more than 10kg are allowed to stay in Two Bedroom room types only. This helps avoid tension in small common spaces.

We charge a pet fee of THB500 per room per night, which is waived if you book your stay directly on our website. A THB2,000 deposit is required for a smooth stay.

Pets are welcome in the lobby, public areas, our private beach and restaurants. However, please keep them out of the kids' club, indoor gym, in the swimming pool and restaurant during breakfast. Ensure your pets are well-behaved and respectful of other guests.

Pet Policy

Responsibility of Pet Behavior

You are responsible for the behavior of your pet during your stay. Additionally, ensure your pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and they are free from fleas or ticks and any other dermatological or measles disease. Cassia is also not liable for any injury suffered to your pet while on hotel premises.

We currently only accept cats and dogs – for other pets, kindly reach out to our reservations team and we will inform you if we can accommodate your pet (subject to management approval).
Pets up to 10kg can stay in any room type while pets over 10kg can stay in 2 bedroom types and above only. Pets over 20kg of weight will be considered and approved by Cassia management only.
Additional Charge of THB500 per night for pets is required, and THB 1,500 per month (up to 30 nights) for long stay. Pet fee is waived when you book your stay directly on our hotel website. A THB2,000 deposit will be required upon check-in.
Pet Parents are responsible for any damage caused inside the suites. The hotel is authorized to charge your credit card for any damages incurred.
When walking around the hotel, pets should be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in PlayPlay area (Kid’s play room), Cassia’s Tattoo studio (Yak Thai Tattoo Studio) or allowed in the pools. There is a leash-free dog park located a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
As breakfast times can be busy, we kindly request you not to bring your pets during this period. We allow pets to join during other mealtimes, as long as they are kept on a leash and do not disturb other guests – misbehaving pets may be asked to leave.
They Poop, You Scoop: we provide biodegradable bags and bins are around the property. Kindly refrain from throwing their waste in the kitchen.
We want everyone to enjoy their vacation, so please ensure your pet is well behaved and does not disturb other guests.
Pets should be restrained or removed from the suites during Housekeeping.
Please use the door tag provided to alert us if your pets are unattended in the suite.
Pets are not allowed to use human plates and utensils from the suite and hotel facilities. Kindly ensure that your pet's food and water bowls are used exclusively for their meals and are separate from the hotel's dining ware.
By bringing a pet in our facility you are agreeing to the hotel’s pet policies and to indemnify the hotel for any injuries, damage or loss of revenue to the hotel or a third party caused by your pet. As the pet’s owner/handler, you are responsible for any liability arising from your pet’s actions during your stay.
