Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.

Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Prevailing Government Tax, 2% Resort Fees and 1% Provincial tax.

Reservations require full prepayment. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the total room cost upon making reservations.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

Late check-out from 12:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day

Late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day

In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed entire stay shall be charged

In the event of a no show the total amount shall be charged according to the cancellation terms of the reservation

Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted

Deposit Policy
- For non-restricted rates (BAR) – Credit card guarantee is required. For hotels not requiring credit card guarantee, reservations will be kept until 16:00 hrs. only.
- For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Full payment is required upon reservations.
Cancellation Policy
- For non-restricted rates (BAR) – Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night’s prevailing room rate.
- For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Reservation requires full prepayment. It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes allowed. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the total room cost upon making reservations.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children 4 to 11 years, accompanying adults can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
